Our correspondents capture photographic records of official results board bulletins as soon as they are announced by the organizers.
2. Verification & Double-Check Standards
Before publishing any winning numbers to our public database, the numbers pass through our double-source verification pipeline:
- Initial Capture: The on-site correspondent uploads the photo of the board.
- Cross-Reference: The desk editor cross-checks the number with a second independent local counter feed.
- Database Insertion: Only after both sources match, the record is committed to our production database and cleared for caching.
3. Timestamps & Update Integrity
Every result card displays a "Last Updated" timestamp showing the exact date and time the draw numbers were confirmed. These timestamps are generated programmatically by the server and reflect Indian Standard Time (IST). If a round is delayed due to weather, archery scheduling, or organizational issues, we mark the round status as "Awaited" rather than publishing speculative estimates.
4. Editorial Corrections
We maintain a formal correction mechanism. Any reader, counter owner, or editor can report typographical mistakes. When a correction is verified, the database is updated immediately, the CDN cache is flushed, and the edit is listed publicly in our Correction History Log.
5. Team & Governance
Our editorial operations are managed by a senior editor and a team of database administrators with over 8 years of combined experience in regional gaming analysis. Content decisions, historical article curation, and calculator formulas are reviewed weekly by our Quality Assurance Board to ensure they meet Google Search Quality Guidelines.
